Q1 wrapped. Have you spent time reflecting? Do you have a scorecard/dashboard where you can easily view and measure progress? How would you rate your organization's financial health? What about your culture/team health?

PRACTICE

If you have a scorecard or dashboard, create a 30 min meeting block for yourself to reflect and answer these questions 

  1. Revenue | What is our performance to goal number (dollar and percentage)? What is most profitable so we can double down?

  2. Sales & Marketing | What worked well this quarter? Are we measuring the right leading indicator?

  3. Client Service | In what specific ways did we show our appreciation? How many meaningful conversations have we had?

  4. Team & Culture | How many 1x1s have I had with my direct reports? Who might be in the wrong seat?
